Our Mission is to be the resource for healthcare workforce development for member hospitals and partners. We do this by:

• Improving the quality and number of the healthcare workforce in our region.
• Provide innovative solutions to shared challenges of our constituents, through collaboration and coordination of efforts.
• Serving as advocates for day-to-day, as well as broader issues, that affect hospitals while balancing the demands of the region, with state and national issues.
• Provide the most accurate and comprehensive information to our members and other constituents.
