About DFWHC Workforce Center

The DFWHC Workforce Center was formed in 2004 bringing together all of the workforce and human resources initiatives and services the Council is involved in. All of these efforts reflect a partnership with our hospitals and /or the community. We welcome you to learn more about us.

Our Vision

To be the principal resource for healthcare workforce development strategies and information through collaboration with Council members and partners, in an environment of cooperation and respect.

Our Mission Statement

To be the resource for healthcare workforce development for member hospitals and partners.

We do this by:

• Improving the quality and number of the healthcare workforce in our region.
• Provide innovative solutions to shared challenges of our constituents, through collaboration and coordination of efforts.
• Serving as advocates for day-to-day, as well as broader issues, that affect hospitals while balancing the demands of the region, with state and national issues.
• Provide the most accurate and comprehensive information to our members and other constituents.
