Is your hospital employee a “Healthcare Hero?” Nominees are now being accepted for the DFW Hospital Council Foundation’s 19th Annual Employee of the Year Luncheon. With the theme “Healthcare Heroes,” this year’s event is set for May 1 in the main ballroom at Irving Convention Center. Deadline for nominees to be received is Friday, April 10. All nominees will be introduced and the recipients announced at the May 1 luncheon.

The DFWHC Foundation’s Employee of the Year Luncheon is an opportunity to honor the North Texas healthcare workforce. Nominees and recipients are acknowledged in five categories including Hospital Employee, Hospital System Employee, Volunteer, Nurse Preceptor and Physician. The Rex McRae Scholarship will also be awarded to a hospital employee attempting to further their healthcare education.
