Council Subsidiaries

DFWHC subsidiaries provide products and services to meet member needs. The core subsidiaries are Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council [501 C(6)], Education and Research Foundation [501 C(3)] and GroupOne Services.

Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council
A 501 C (6) not-for-profit trade association for hospitals and healthcare organizations.

Education & Research Foundation
A 501 C (3) tax-exempt education and research foundation. Operating under the Foundation umbrella as a part of DFWHC are Data Services and the Workforce Center.

GroupOne Services
A wholly owned for-profit subsidiary, GroupOne Services provides pre-employment screening for hospitals and healthcare providers nationwide. GroupOne also negotiates agreements with third parties/vendors to offer membership value through cost-effective solutions and products.
